We do civil and infrastructure design, engineering and construction with the goal of contributing to our national built environment
3EYES Group currently engages 50+ employees in various roles. We also engage a number of independent contractors. 3EYES is a member of the Registered Master Builders Association and the NZCB. Last year, we undertook more than 100 projects dispersed throughout NZ and handled up to 50 projects at any given time.

The company mission was redefined in 2019, setting new strategic objectives. The company was founded by the current owner and director, Sean Li. Sean has a civil engineering degree from Unitec, obtained in 2008. Sean has extensive experience in the construction industry, first gained as an employee at various construction businesses, before forming what is now 3EYES Group in 2011.
3EYES is a professional enterprise specialising in civil, infrastructure, and industrial construction.
We hold qualifications for contracting highway transportation engineering in China. With more than one hundred types of processing equipment, three professional engineering construction teams, and two marking construction teams, we are well-equipped to handle diverse projects.
With strong technical capabilities and advanced construction technologies, 3EYES can independently execute the construction of traffic safety facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards for the complex highway network systems.
